Lyst

A luxury fashion aggregator with over 10 million products.

As the Senior Designer at Lyst I lead projects across our Discovery squad, responsible for designing new and iterating on existing features that improve product discovery across our 10 million product catalogue.

I was hired as part of a new design team to support a business transition, developing a design process and culture to enable this.

Some highlights:

  • I led the end-to-end redesign of our product page - the biggest change to product within the last 10 years and a foundational step in the business transition into a marketplace.

  • Currently leading an AI initiative, collaborating with data scientists and LLM engineers to aid a product discovery solution, enhancing the shopping experience for our 160m annual customers.

Wolf & Badger

A global marketplace for independent brands.

As the Senior Designer at Wolf & Badger, I’m responsible for driving a customer centric approach across the business.

I sit within our customer squad, leading projects for new features and launches that directly impact our 3m monthly visitors, and have been fundamental in the growth of the business in the last 4 years and continues to do so.

Since joining the business as the first design hire for the product team, I’ve championed a design culture and established a solid design process and toolkit for a scaling team.

Some highlights:

  • Created our first design system and personas

  • Developed an insights library

  • Created accessibility documentation (also used by engineering)

Joseph Joseph

A homeware brand known for it’s innovative design and practical solutions for everyday living.

I joined to lead the design of an e-commerce replatform project, taking the site from Magento to Shopify.

Closely collaborating with a wider project team and external engineering agency, I conducted user research and internal cross-team activities to ensure both customer and internal business needs were met.

Some highlights:

  • The replatform saw conversion rate increase by 5%

House of Hackney

A luxury interior brand renowned for its bold, maximalist designs inspired by nature and British heritage.

Whilst at House of Hackney I oversaw brand consistency and launch strategies across all of our digital channels, including collaborations with brands like & Other Stories.

Developing and executing digital campaigns, including shoppable lookbooks, homepage updates, newsletters and creative content.
